European Team Championship for Golfers with Disability Underway in Belgium

The 2022 European Team Championship, and European Nations' Cup, for Golfers with Disability are underway in Belgium.

 

A total of 84 players, representing 15 different countries, are competing in two sperate competitions this week at Koksijde Golf ter Hille.

 

13 teams are competing for the European Team Championship, which is a gross strokeplay competition, while eight teams are competing in the European Nations' Cup, the format of which is net stableford.

 

The four-player teams will complete three rounds of stroke play. Foursomes on day 1, greensomes on day 2, and singles on day 3.

 

Sweden are the defending champions in the event, which was last played in 2019.
