The International European Ladies Championship 2009 took place from 26 to 29 August at Falsterbo GC, Sweden and saw the victory of Caroline Hedwall from Sweden winning 10 shots ahead of Kylie Walker from Scotland followed closely by Louise Larsson from Sweden.
