The challenging layout at Golf & Country Club Zürich was to succumb to excellent golf during the third round of the European Amateur Championship.

After the qualification round played at a very well presented Hrubá Borša Golf Club in Slovakia, Sweden won the qualification ahead of Germany and the Netherlands.

Day 2 of the European Amateur Championship at Golf and Country Club Zürich commenced again in calm conditions.

Despite a tough golf course awaiting the players for the first round of the European Amateur Championship at the Golf and Country Club Zürich, calm and overcast conditions provided some opportunities for good scoring.
