One of the biggest weeks in the European amateur golfing calendar is now underway.
540 golfers representing 29 countries are teeing off in the 2026 European Team Championships across the continent.
Six tournaments are being contested this week from 7 to 11 July (Tuesday to Saturday) at five venues across the continent:
EUROPEAN AMATEUR TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP
Estonian Golf & Country Club, Estonia
EUROPEAN LADIES' TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP
PGA National Slieve Russell, Ireland
EUROPEAN BOYS' TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP
Barceló Montecastillo Golf, Spain
EUROPEAN GIRLS' TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP
Golf & Country Club Zürich, Switzerland
EUROPEAN AMATEUR & BOYS' TEAM CHAMPIONSHIPS, DIVISION 2
Costa Navarino, Greece
As is tradition, a player from each host nation hit the opening tee shot to get their respective tournaments started this morning.
The first two of five days of competition will see the six-player teams play individual stroke play rounds, with the five best scores counting each day. The top eight teams advance to the medal-contention Flight A bracket for the match play rounds starting on Thursday.
Teams are competing for the European titles at four events this week, in the men's, ladies', boys' and girls' categories, while two Division 2 tournaments, for men and boys, are also being contested by teams looking to be promoted to their respective first divisions.
Follow the leaderboards from all five venues:
