The EGA is pleased to announce that Mr Malcolm Gourd from Germany has been appointed as EGA Handicapping and Course Rating Secretary. We hereby wish to welcome Mr Gourd to the EGA and wish him success in his new function.

Mr Gourd has been acting as project manager in the field of Handicapping, Course Rating, Rules and Regulations at the German Golf Federation (DGV) over the last 12 years. He will remain located at the DGV and will be responsible for the maintenance and configuration control of the EGA Handicap System, the administrative tasks related to Handicapping & Course Rating, assistance to member federations, communication, building up and maintenance of the EGA Handicap System website pages.

The EGA looks forward to a good collaboration with Mr Gourd.
