The International European Amateur Championship took place in France, on the
19-22 August 2009 and saw the victory of
19 year olf Frenchman Victor Dubuisson, 6th in the European ranking, 14th in the World Ranking. The Scott Ross Kellet finally took the second place
on the last two holes followed by
Billy Hemstock from England taking the bronze.
