Agathe Laisne Tees it up in Ricoh Women's British Open

Agathe Laisne tees it up at Royal Lytham & St. Annes this week in the RICOH Women's British Open.

The French player earned her spot in the field by winning the European Ladies' Amateur Championship in dramatic fashion at Lausanne Golf Club, Switzerland, last year.

Laisne holed a three-metre birdie putt on the 18th hole to complete two consecutive rounds of five-under-par and claim the 2017 European title by a stroke over Albane Valenzuela.

Seven amateur players qualified for the RICOH Women's British open this year, including last months European Ladies' Team Championship gold medallists with Sweden, Linn Grant and Frida Kinhult.
