The 2023 European Senior Men's and Ladies' Team Championships are underway.
23 teams of six players will compete for this year's European Senior Men's Team title at Royal Golf Club Marianske Lazne in the Czech Republic, while 20 teams will contest the ladies' event at Parador El Saler in Spain.
The European Senior Team Championships format is almost identical to the European Men's, Ladies', Boys' and Girls' Team Championships. Taking place over five days, teams complete two rounds of stroke play qualifying before going head-to-head in match play.
To win, a team needs to qualify for the Flight A Bracket (top eight in the stroke play qualifying) and then win all three of it's matches.
Germany will look to defend their title in the ladies' event, while Sweden are the reigning championship in the Czech Republic.
